Early in Career Network

Description

In order to help the inclusion of Cisco new hires, I led the creation of the Early in Career Network community in Cisco France. This community uses group activities to help people meet across teams, and accross countries.
To achieve this, we organize meetups with executives, mentoring, volunteering and fun activities!
